Seriously. I eat WAY too much food. I still think I'm the midst of training. I'm not. I'm only going to the gym for 30 minutes a day. Except for the weekends when I might exercise for an hour or more.

I started doing this online tracking for how much I eat and how much I exercise. It's reallllly interesting. It tells you if you are meeting your nutritional requirements. What I'm learning is I never get enough calcium and protein. If someone tried to tell me that before I started using Fit Day I would have been spitting mad and completely insistent that I do get enough of those two things. Oh well. Now I know what to work on. I also see why my weight does/does not change. I would really like to lose 15 pounds. That's my normal healthy weight. Now before you get all upset, I KNOW I look fine right now blah blah... but I'm more comfortable at the smaller weight. So shut up.

Here's the link so you can snoop up on what I'm eating and doing for exercise- http://www.fitday.com/WebFit/PublicJournals.html?Owner=Ladibug21
p.s. it's free and you don't have to broadcast it.

Sunday was a *good* day. Lot's of relaxing. Migraine free. I went for a run. Then I went to a play with the fam. Then we ate at Red Mill (notice no food entries for Sunday). After that I went grocery shopping and chatted with my favorite- "cutest grocery clerk in the whole world". I spent the evening watching TV with the roomies and reading my book - The Wind-Up Bird Chronicles. Which I just love. I really don't want to finish it I like it so much.

Today's a beige day. I sure wish I could read my book during my downtime here at work.

p.s. Those onion rings and the red onion veggie burger are doing bad things to my digestive system. I really, truly, apologize to the lady next to me on the dreadmill at the gym. I couldn't help it.
