Oct. 29th, 2006 08:36 amI just downed a delicious cup of coffee. I bought a bag from my favorite cafe yesterday. They serve Vivace brand, but I swear they do something to it to make it taste even better. I have the same feelings regarding both beer and coffee - it should never be bitter. Vivace coffee is very smooth.
Things are slowly getting better these days. Work has been very tolerable and my boss has been really nice lately. She's still weird and socially awkward, but she has been really nice to me. I just wish that when I said hello to her while passing her in hallway she wouldn't make this weird bug-eyed face at me. I don't think she means to give off the impression that I'm being overly-friendly by saying hello, but it's WEIRD. I only see her on average twice a day, so it's fine.
I've saved a little money towards moving and I think I'm going to start looking. Ideally, I will find someplace for Dec. 1 or Jan 1. I don't feel a desperate urgency to move out of my mom's place (they're real nice to me here); I feel a desperate urgency to not have a two-hour commute every day. I can't stand it. It makes me want to scream. I also miss having my own wittle kitchen. After I move, I'm going to be POOR. So, SO SO poor. I'm going to be looking for the cheapest possible place, that is also quiet. My secondary concerns are location and that it's not totally horrible looking.
Friday night I went out with friends and I dressed as Tinkerbell. Here are some pictures, Christabel as Tinkerbell, and my niece Marybeth as Velma. (she is the CUTEST Velma in the world!)
